I accept cancellations made within 3 days from receiving the payment and/or before the first sketch is sent for approval (whichever is first). If you wish to cancel after that period, please contact me at pomocy@origullami.pl. Late cancellations will be handled on a case-to-case basis.
Commissions are custom-made, which means they are highly personalised designs made especially for you. I think it is understandable that I cannot accept any returns of such products. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch in advance.
I'm printing and shipping the commisioned art on physical products via a third-party provider. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This way I can quickly evaluate the issue and straighten it up.
