CANCELLATIONS
1. COMMISSIONS
I accept cancellations within 3 days from your payment and/or before the first sketch is sent for approval (whichever happens first). If you wish to cancel after that period, please contact me at sasulla@matula.design. Late cancellations will be handled on a case-to-case basis.
2. SHOP ITEMS
Each item is printed and shipped to you right away, so I can't offer cancellations. If you're not happy with your non-personalised product, I accept returns up to 30 days. Make sure to inform me about the return in advance and I'll send you all the necessary details.
RETURNS
1. COMMISSIONS
Commissions are custom-made and highly personalised products made especially for you, so I cannot accept any returns. Please get in touch in advance if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
2. SHOP ITEMS
All non-personalised shop items can be returned up to 30 days. Please contact me in advance, so I can send you a return form and the return shipping details. Products that are damaged by you, used, washed or changed in any other way are not eligible for a return.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
I'm printing and shipping the physical products via a third-party provider. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item, so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
